Your product might be good but it is certainly not user friendly, especially older folks. You can only get help during office hours.

In my opinion TM softwares are the most simple to use in security product market.
Its default settings allows you to 'install and forget' and interface is very, very easy.

mackmack,  Just another Trend Micro user here in the mid-sixties of life.  I find it pretty easy to use and the most solid protection against intrusion I've had.  This is a good place to get help from other users if you have a problem and also the places mentioned above.
