Your product appearing as "Trend Micro Anti-Malware Solutuion Platform is using an average of 80% of CPU time. I have disabled it. I am sick of this from you guys.
Anyway, your product has caught zero viri, malwares or even minor theats in the entire 3 years I have being buying your "product". WTF? Maybe I am not adventurous enough on the Internet, or your product is just a CPU hog backed by a sophisticated web site. Invalid dichotomy, I know.

We are sorry to hear your inconvenience. Kindly check if you have the latest version of Trend Micro. The component version should be: 15.0.1231. You may refer to this link on how to check for component version:

Once you already have the latest version, please check if the same issue will persist. In case it becomes high again, you can may use this tool to fix the issue. You may refer to this link:
