Your newewst update is creaming my computers!!!

I have a Windows 10 desktop, and a Windows 10 Pro laptop.  Both devices have automatically received updates from TrendMicro in the past couple days.  Ever since, I have been having issues on both devices.  My desktop has been blue-screening with a Stop Code for Memory Management, and my Laptop won't shut down without me forcing it, because the UI Update Tray won't finish.  Both computers are much slower than before -- you're killin' me!  Please reverse your update or fix it quick!!!!!

Sorry to hear about this experience.

Can you provide us a screenshot of the the "Stop Code for Memory Management" that you are referring to.

You can also manually check for updates again to make sure that you have the latest updates installed.
