I cannot find the list of saved passwords.

By reset, I assume that what you mean is Trend Micro was reinstalled on your computer. Is that correct?

To access the stored passwords in the Password Manager, first, its extension should be enabled on your browser. Refer to the link below.

Enabling browser extensions of Password Manager

Once the extension is installed, you will be asked to sign in your Trend Micro Account. After that, you will be asked to enter your Master Password. That's the time you can use all the passwords you saved in the Password Manager.

In case it does not let you sign in your account, kindly go to the website below.
