Upon checking your concern, and for us to further assist you with this, may I know if do you access it through your web browser (like, Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer) or through installed email application (like, Outlook, Windows Live, or Outlook Express)?

You may first try to temporarily disable your Trend Micro program and try to check your Yahoo Mail inbox and see if the issue still persist or not. For you to temporarily disable your Trend Micro program you may follow this steps below.

Disabling Trend Micro Security

OPTION 1: Turn off Trend Micro Security from the System Tray
  1. Right-click the Trend Micro icon  in the System Tray (near the clock at the bottom right part of the screen).
