WTF sort of help is this? Not great customer support. Again, all scans are starting at 79%, optimization.

see above and quit wasting my time.  Answer the question.  Why is your product starting at 79% on full scans?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our product. Possible that your Trend Micro components are not yet updated. Kindly try to disable then enable the program on your device then check if the issue will persist.

If the same problem occurs, kindly provide us the Trend Micro version that you have on your device. Also, include your Windows version and the system type.
