I purchased and installed TM Max Security 2017 on my computer, no problems, master password works great.
I installed on my wife's computer, setup Password Manager and password is already set to my password. Can each computer have its own Password Manager master password?

Hi @cehorn, thank you for purchasing our product!

For your question, sorry to inform your that you can only use one account under the single license that you purchased.

You can't create a second or third Password Manager account in the same license. However, if you want to separate your family’s passwords from yours, we suggest using the free version and creating new accounts for them. When you are not using your computer, remember log out your Password Manager to prevent mis-used passwords by your family.

The comparison between the free and paid version of Password Manager is Free version only can save 5 passwords; Paid version can save unlimited passwords. For both the free and paid versions, you can install Password Manager on any number of supported computers or devices (such as mobile phones or tablets).

Please let us know if your question is answered. Thank you!

I have a 10 device TMMS license. Can I have Password Manager on 10 devices with unique master passwords for each of those 10 devices? Because that is what I need.

Hi Tom, thank you for the welcome and comment above. I have a 10 device license and was told by the retailer, it would be appropriate for the whole family's devices. One adult child has added the PWM and ingested her passwords. However, we only have the single master password across all devices. This should be mentioned to the developers to allow, not force, different master passwords on each device if the users desires.

Hi Opalview4,

I am also a consumer and agree that what you suggest must be like that!
!0 devices then also  on every device 1 independent PM
Hope they pick it up, but i see a big problem you have only 1 account and 1 e-mail address to resolve a problem with the password manager.
So i think that this problem is not solved quick.
In the mean time u can use the password manager in Firefox, that to has a Master Password to keep the passwords, the only thing is if that is turn t  on you must type you password each time you start Firefox.

Kind regards,
Tom
