If you have installed previous of Antivirus for Mac, we suggest uninstalling with the Diagnostic Toolkit. You can refer to the link below for detailed steps:
Uninstalling Antivirus for Mac - refer to "Using the Diagnostic Toolkit"

If you're sure your Mac OS meets the system requirements, and uninstall the previous version. Here's a support document to install the latest version of Antivirus for Mac:
