windows10 error on max

just loaded TM max and having lots of issues . comes up with error (0xc 0000e5) Launcher .exe unable to start correctly. it blocks all apps and can not open anything

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers.
Can you Turn TM off ( icon/rightclick/exit )
See of the problem persist.
Launcher.exe is a Java file from Oracle, in the Java folder (c:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_79\jre\lib\)
Did you have the latest Java updates?

Hi ,

- clear system ( ATTK )

- remove old Antivirus 

- download latest version Maximum Security and install it .

- Always update windows .

May we know when did you start getting error messages? Is it right after you install Trend Micro? Or is it after you install Trend Micro and reboot the computer? Can you please send us screenshot of the error message?

By the way, may we know what your Windows 10 build version? On your keyboard, press the Windows Windows Key+ R keys. The Run window should appear. Type "winver", then press ENTER. What build version do you see?

Also, please try what Tom suggested. To verify if Trend Micro program is causing the issue on your computer, kindly temporarily disable the Trend Micro program. Please refer to the link below:

Afterwards, please check if the problem persists. Please let us know how this goes.

i have build version 14393.1358
i have the latest java updates
I have to disable TM to open anything on my computer . the error message i get when TM is enabled is

Thank you for providing this screenshot that we have requested. For further troubleshooting of this issue, let us disable User Mode Hooking on your Trend Micro Security program. User Mode Hooking is a component that monitors exploits of application that are taken advantage of through their vulnerabilities. Please follow the steps below to disable the said component.

Step 1: Open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit on your computer. To do that, Pressthe Windows Button and letter "R" both on your keyboard at the sametime to open the Run Console. Oncethe Run Console is open, type: supporttool
Step 2: Once the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit is open, go to (B) Threats and then put a check mark on "Pause User Mode Hooking".
Step 3: Try to replicate the issue again.
