Hi @MPDES, thanks for being a loyal Trend Micro product customer!

To answer your question, you may use this installer for your Maximum Security 2016 and that should allow you to install on your Windows XP. Although we do recommend that you upgrade to a more recent operating system since Microsoft no longer updates and supports Windows XP. Here's for your reference:

Doesn't work for me on my computer running XP.  Don't you just love it when you are forced to spend $1,000.00 or more for a new PC, I don't like Windows 7 and I HATE Windows 10.  I'm retired and living on a fixed budget, a new computer is an expense not easily justified.  And, if you buy a new computer, that is just the beginning as most, if not all, of your old software will have to be replaced.  I have a 1930 Ford Model A and I can still get parts for it!  To use the vernacular, this SUCKS!

If you are on a low budget I would recommend a free antivirus. Avast is a good AV and support Win XP.

Hi @hawg12, thanks for your feedback.

For your issue, please download the appropriate installer files. Since you are using Internet Security, please try this installer to install your Internet Security on your Windows XP:

Please let us know how it goes. Thank you!
