I have a Windows 7 SP1 system and my windows update is unable to properly install 'Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600' ... I ran the troubleshooting software for Windows Update and it returned 2 'Not Fixed' .... 1. Service Registration is missing or corrupt' and 2. Windows Update error 0x80070057(2016-08-15-T-09_09_06A) .... So then I googled a possible regedit solution and tried to locate the WinUpdate location ... it wasn't where it was meant to be ... but under Trend Micro and there were three WinUpdate files (WinUpdate1, WinUpdate2, WinUpdate3) .... Can you please advise how I can fix this problem? Thank you, Paul

Thanks for asking here! For your issue, we need to isolate to make sure the Windows update issue is not due to Maximum Security. Please check if you can install Windows update after you temporarily disable Maximum Security or temporarily uninstall Maximum Security. We have a support document that explains how to do this:
Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software

Don't forget to enable your Maximum Security after the confirmation.

If the problem still persists, please temporarily uninstall Maximum Security, here's a reference doc for the steps:
Uninstalling Trend Micro Security software using the Diagnostic Toolkit

After the confirmation, please install the program by the following steps:
Installing Maximum Security 10 (2016)

If after disabling and uninstalling Trend Micro Security software, you still cannot complete your Window update, we suggest you to visit their support page or contact them to resolve this issue.
