Windows 10, Trend Maximum Security and Missing dll files

A recent Windows 10 update appears to have affected Trend Max Security as I cannot open the Trend Main Console and a code is required.  The Trend help pages on the web do not match what I see on my laptop.  Also, why are the following files missing after reinstalling Trend Maximum Security?
1 boost_date_time-vc110-mt-1_57.dll
2 boost_system-vc110-nt-1_57.dll
3 utilDebugLog.dll
4 outer_AMSP_ClientLibrary.dll

Sorry for not getting back earlier. Regarding this issue, it may happen due to Trend Micro Security software is running in compatibility mode, missing path variable in Windows or virus infection.

Please refer to the help document below and see if the problem can be resolved:

Note: You may skip the step of removing third-party software, but please do run a HouseCall to check for virus infection.
