Kindly restart the components of Trend Micro. Here's how you can do that: 1. Open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit. 2. Click the (C) Uninstall tab. 3. Click the 5. Stop all Components button. 4. Then click 2. Delete Now. 5. After that, click 4. Start all Components. 6. Open Trend Micro Main Console and observe if it will still persist.
