why wont trend micro accept my pass word? I put in 8 characters --- both alpha and numeric?

I bought your security product at Best Buy and renewed on 10/17/17 for $52.99 but you say I have no account with you?

Thank you for reaching us with this concern, you do have an account but what I suspect is you have a different password for your Trend Micro Account, if you forgot your password for the account you can try to change it to other password.
