why wont my computers connect properly now I have updated my subscription

Are you able to explain further what do you mean by this? On what connection you're having issues with? Did you receive any error message? If you could provide us a screenshot of the issue, that would be helpful.

It says windows cannot access \\homepc
even though that is the computer name I have always CONNECTED TO only had a problem since I upgraded my Trend Security then I go to diagnostics and it says computer appears to  bcorrectly configured but is not responding even though that computer can see my computer.
