Why use TM Anti-Virus?

Why is my Anti-Virus protection showing expired. I have used your Trend Micro system for 2 week of the 90 day free trial. It was installed by Best Buy when I purchased a new Laptop.
Why is my Laptop NOT PROTECTED from; Windows 10 virus's and upgrades, Online banking malware, Ransomware or Suspicious programs, Toolbar SSL checker or Facebook App Scanner? What does your product actually protect my Laptop from?

If you have had Trend Micro downloaded, you should be protected from all of those and more. I'm using Win 8.1, Win 7 before that, and have used Trend Micro for years without a problem. I don't know if it's Win 10 or what, but, if you have had Trend installed, you should not have to worry. Have you checked your settings page to see if TM is on and protecting? You should have a icon which will take you there. Let us know.

@maybme  Thank you for contacting us in community! Regarding to the free trial, we're not sure why the 90-day trial ended so quickly. Could you please contact Best Buy support in this page to submit a ticket to them?

As @woodartisan55 said, Trend Micro Security protects all the items you mentioned, as long as the product license is active. Please let us now if you're able to get your trial period fixed. If not, let us know and we'll see what other options are available. Thanks!
