why the hell is my subscribtion expired?! I activated it not twenty minutes ago and it says that it is already expired! I bought the cd in 2014 when I had bought a laptop. Today, I tried installing it on my new desktop and it says that it is expired! I JUST took the shrink wrap off of it today!

Kindly contact BestBuy so they can assist you accordingly with your concern. The product serial number you have from BestBuy is being handled by their own technical support which is the GeekSquad.

Hi Charlie,

Your subscription started by the moment you bought the software (and laptop) from Best Buy ( so in 2014)

Your subscription is expired now, in 2017.Do not loose your time going to Best Buy, there is nothing they can do.
