Why not warn customers that internet component is not very compatible with firefox.... and also how much your product slows down PCs.

Why don't you warn customers at least the internet component is not very compatible with firefox.... and also how much your product slows down PCs. I seem to have no choice but to uninstall Trendmicro unless a solution in place within days. This is horrendous since activating your product. Please advise.

We're sorry to hear of your experience. There are possible reasons for the slow down of your computer and it could be any of the following: 
  • Conflicting programs (e.g. other security software) are installed on your computer. 
  • Conflict with an old version of the Trend Micro program on your computer. 
  • Hardware limitation.
