i learned about that ;

Contact Trend Micro about an update for their Trend Micro Toolbar .

There is little excuse for this situation, they should have done Beta testing of Firefox 62 with that toolbar extension so that they don't put their users in the position of having their (somewhat worthless) toolbar disabled when Firefox releases a new version that was planned to be made on a specific date almost a year ago.

Hi alitarim08,

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. This issue is already fixed with our latest release. Can you please check for the latest updates on your program? Here's how:
  1. Open the Trend Micro main console.
  2. At the upper right of the screen, click the icon of a man.
  3. Select About the Software
This should update your program to its latest version. However, there are instances that we have to completely reinstall the program to replace its old components. If the issue persists after the manual update, please proceed with the reinstall (link below). Please have Firefox updated first before reinstalling the Trend Micro program.

Reinstalling the latest version of Trend Micro Security program using the Reinstall Tool

Let us know how it goes.
