why is my trend version now out of date, when it was renewed in jan18?

note on my screen to say version no longer supported. subscription paid in jan 2018. now what?

Hello t. 
do not worry: active subscription and software versions are not the same thing. If you have a valid subscription, make sure of wich version: Internet Security, Antivirus+ or Maximum Security.

Download the newest from here
Actual up-to-date version is 12.0.1226

Disinstall the old, install the new filling datas with your own data concerning your subscription to activate again your up-to-date protection.

Have you tried the suggestion of Max Slo, he is actually right. Active subscription is different from the Trend Micro program version. Even if you have an active subscription, you need to make sure that you are using the latest version of Trend Micro program in your computer. You can also refer to this page for the installer file that you can use for the installation.
