Hello,
renewing the product the expiration date will be automatically updated, using 'renew' option and obviously, the correct Trend Micro account.

This not happens if you didn't a renew.
Did you buy a new registration?
In this case the activation code is different and you will need to use it in your product to activate.

Check in your web site Trend Micro account. :)
