messages my computer isn't protected. Virus and spyware protection is always checked. not sure is that means it will restart in 30 min? and unable to use community to get any answers, how do you handle refunds, or go directly to consumer protection gency with my questions? what did I pay for?
Since you are seeing messages that your computer is not protected even if the "virus and spyware protection" is already checked, may we ask the specific error message?
You might also want to check if the Trend Micro system tray icon at the lower right corner of your screen if it is there. Do a right click on it, and "Open the Main Console". If it has the "Protected" label with a green check mark, that means that you're protected.
With regard to the refund, unfortunately we cannot grant it since you have a free lifetime subscription from QVC.
with regard to the refund, I just paid 69.00 for two more yrs of protection because messages said I was no longer covered. If lifetime protection thru QVC then why am I being promted to pay for additional coverage. Please return my money or I will lodge a complaint with the consumers protection and better business, as this is wrong.
the lifetime sub. was in my daughters email addy which is firstname.lastname@example.org All I wanted to do was have her put it in my email as she is moving away from home, I did not need to purchase another if I have lifetime via QVC purchase.
