Why does TREND want my so spend more money to cover my iPhone and iPad?

You might be seeing a trial version of Trend Micro in your iPhone and iPad which is being activated during the installation. Trial version lasts for 14 days. Kindly sign out then sign back in to your account for the current subscription to reflect. You should see a license that expires on October 24, 2019 after signing in.

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!

You don't have to pay anymore. What you will just need to do is sign in on the Trend Micro application to activate your account on a device. Once you are signed in, it will give you options what license to use if you have multiple active licenses.

If you are using Android device, you may follow the steps below to sign in.
1. Open Trend Micro application.
2. Tap the three dots at the top.
3. Tap Set up an account.
4. Enter your email address and password used for Trend Micro Account.
5. Tap Sign In.

If you are using iOS device, you may follow the steps below to sign in.
1. Open Trend Micro application.
2. Go to Settings. Settings is located at the bottom part of the application.
3. Tap Set up an account.
4. Enter your email address and password used for Trend Micro Account.
5. Tap Sign In.
