Why does trend micro slow my compiled script

I have compiled my own AutoHotkey script to an exe. It runs really fast uncompiled, but is very slow once compiled. Setting a file exception doesn't change this bad behavior, but shutting down Trend Micro lets it run blazing fast.

We have seen AutoHotkey EXEs picked up as false positive malware in some past cases, so fortunately your script is not getting this. While we're not AutoHotkey experts, the suspicion for the slowdown by Trend Micro Security is there might be other files/libraries are being used by your EXE and our real-time scan is trying to process them? Is it possible to add more files to the Exception List and see if the performance improves?

If not, I'll have to pass this situation to our backend team to investigate. Sorry I don't have an answer for you at the moment. Thanks.

The AutoHotkey EXE doesn't use any other files/libraries. It accepts a path as a parameter from a command line command, ends a program's process and uses the parameter path to open a file. Basically just restarting a program with the current file reopened. Here's the source code:
SetTitleMatchMode, 2
WinGet, PID, PID, Anime Studio ahk_class LM_Wnd
Process, Close, %PID%
if 1 && (%ErrorLevel% != 0)
{
Run, %1%
}
If you're talking about the file it runs, that cannot be made an exception because it will change often.

Thanks for getting back. The slowdown is most likely due to the AutoHotkey EXE. We've passed this issue to our backend team, and we'll update you as soon as we get feedbacks.

The only thing it slows down is the running of the AutoHotkey exe.
