Why does Trend Micro Anti-Malware Solution Platform consume excessive cpu

My cpu is running like a dog, i have applications that seem to go into a wait and when I take a look at the Windows 10 task manager, the Trend Micro Anti-Malware Solution Platform is consuming between 15% and 20% of the cpu.

Your system was clear before install AV ?

you told " Trend Micro Anti-Malware Solution Platform " ?!!!

Which do you use Trend Micro Products ?

You can use Trend Micro Diagnostic tools and collect information and send it to Trend Micro .

when can send support ticket for support .

Please update windows & Trend Micro & other Software . 

Also use system optimizer .
