Why does Password Manager ask for me to login again?

I have Windows 10 OS using a Chrome browser (Version 69.0.3497.100 ) and I created a new login access account for a website so I clicked on the Trend Micro Password Manager icon on the browser tool bar. It asked me to login which I successfully did. However, now a pop-up is showing up asking me to "provide my master password to sign into this site." which I have already. Pretty sure it's not suppose to work this way and want to make sure something is not posing itself as the Trend Micro password manager in lieu of the real software application.

Was it the first time this happened? How often does this happen? Does this happen on one site only? It's possible that the timeout setting is set to a shorter duration. Are you able to check out this link, scroll down to Setting up the Timeout Settings and see if it's causing the incident?
