Hi JOPENBRIER,

Welcome to the Community!

I am not sure about that. Can you provide the exact name of the virus detected by Norton?
You may provide a screenshot of it for us to check on it.

We also do not suggest having two antivirus program installed on one computer because it might conflict with each other.

Regards,
Joemar

Hi JOPENBRIER,

It looks like you were redirected to a Technical Support Scam page. Just close the brower, clear cache and history and everything will go back to normal. No need to worry on that popup.

Regards,
Joemar

Hi JOPENBRIER,

That one looks like a Tech Support Scam. How often does it shows up?

If you encountered it once. Just close the entire browser and do a reset browser.

If ever it comes up often, please let us know.

Regards,
Joemar
