WHY do I have to restart so often??? Hate it!

Apologies for the trouble that you’re currently experiencing. Since you mention about restarting so often, we would like to know a few questions for us to determine the root cause of your concern.

Kindly answer the following:

1.     How many times did you restart your computer prior to the prompt?

2.     Can you still remember your last activity before you encounter this issue?

3.     Did you manually upgraded your Trend Micro program or it prompted for you to upgrade?
