Which "Unauthorized Changes" does TM Internet Security's check for 'Computer Threats' detect?

A recent security report (email) sent by TM revealed the discovery of three "Unauthorized Changes" to Windows 10 Pro x64 OS files or processes (it is not specified which), C:\windows\explorer.exe and C:\windows\system32\svchost.exe, at the same time on the same date, "8/31/2016 7:52 AM", all with the Response "Denied" - see image below. No further information is provided about these events, not even if they are any cause for concern.

Can anyone tell me what "Unauthorized Changes" these might have been?

Does 'Denied' mean that the changes were attempted, but blocked?

Are they necessarily an indication of interference by something malicious, or could this be part of 'normal' OS activity?   07:52 may have been about the time of system boot, but that often happens at a similar time nearly every day, and I have never seen this warning before, in many years of using TM Internet Security, through successive versions.

Should I be worried by this?

Thank you for reporting this issue. Monthly Security Reports include information about Web Threats, Computer Threats, PC Health Checkup and Parental Controls. For your "Unauthorized Changes" question, you are right, the "Denied" action means that the changes were attempted, but stopped by Internet Security.

If you still worry about your computer, we suggest performing full scan to make sure your computer is not infected in any way. We have a help doc which explains how to performing a full scan:
Running a scan using your Trend Micro Security software

Please follow the steps in "Performing Quick Or Full Scan" section.

If you are still encountering this "Unauthorized Changes" problem often, we'll have to pass you to our support center for further investigation. Thank you.
