When I type my serial number in, it says that it is invalid

Trend Micro asks for a serial no. and when I type it in it says that it is invalid, yet on this page it shows the status as valid till June 20, 2016?

Do You sure both serial key and software are Internet Security ?


download Trend Micro Internet Security 10 (2016)

if both are Internet security contact Trend Micro support for it .

We've checked your account information and we confirmed that you purchased two licenses: one is Maximum Security (Expiry Date: 20 June 2017), the other one is Internet Security (Expiry Date: 18 April 2018). Please double check if your installer matches your license.

Hi Amir,
Maximum security is my current licence, the internet security licence was cancelled.
I spent 72 minutes on the phone with trend Micro support, they managed to delete and download again my current licence. I don't know why it did not accept my serial no., which is valid. It seems OK now.

I just upgraded my husbands computer Windows 10 and it would not take our serial number. Says its invaild. It now has a trial subscription how do I correct this issue? Very Very frustrated. I upgraded my computer before hand it it went very smoothly. Nada with husbands
