When I try to open the main console I get the message "Load failed"

Thank you for reporting this issue. From your description, this "Load failed" issue could be due to a number of different factors. We suggest you to un-install and re-install Trend Micro Maximum Security to reset the program and patterns. Here's an online help doc to help you:
