"Connect to the internet" error

When I run trend micro diagnostic toolkit I'm getting a message to connect to the internet.

- Main reason for running Trend Micro Diagnostic Tool and features you're trying to run
- Were you able to open Trend Micro Diagnostic Tool at all?
