When I open my Trend app it says I am not connected to internet, but I am.

As someone who has had this happen, the solution in my case was to uninstall and reinstall Trend Micro. You may want to make a call to see if there's another solution, or if one of the other users here, or a Trend Micro tech has another solution. Good luck!
