when i open main console it is saying my protection is disabled and to re start computer i did that but som error message

protection disabled re start computer to fix this problem i did that still same problem main console i have no control to either do a full scan or a quick scan

Tell us your OS/TMversion
If win 10 there should be a folder in Programs, if not, download latest version and instal TM again.
Reinstalling the latest version of Trend Micro Security program

Please don't give up just yet because we've got solution for you. :) 

Please check if the Trend Micro program is installed on your computer. Here's how: 

  1. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard. 
  2. On the Run window at the bottom left of the screen, type appwiz.cpl. 
  3. On the Programs and Features window, look for Trend Micro Maximum Security. 
If there is a Trend Micro Maximum Security on the list, you should have a Trend Micro icon on your desktop. You may double-click on it to access the main console. Otherwise, visit the link that Tom Emmelot posted above to reinstall the Trend Micro program.
