Hi sbhaas
Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, that is only at working hours. I am just a volunteer!
Can you give us more info:Computer,OS,TM version, full/quick scan?
Kind regards,
Tom

Hi sbhaas,
When performing a scan, the program shows you the items it is scanning. Can you please confirm if you are seeing that indicator? You should see something like this:

Also, in addition to Tom's inquiry, may I know what type of scan (e.g. quick scan, full scan) are you running?
Thanks!

The Trend Micro Security application will no longer scan the files unless they are modified within 24 hours.
So, it is possible that the first 83% are unchanged.
