Whats going on I can not run a scan, haven't been able to for days. The note stats a scan is going on, for days? Help

Hi charles,

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers.
Click on Window-key/R, type "supporttool" and run the program.
Click on Tab C than button 5 and wait till the buttons come up again, then click on button 4.
Then try to do a scan again and tell us of this worked.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and let me help you on this matter. 

You can try Tom Emmelot's suggestion first, if that won't work, you check more workaround below. 
1. Unable to stop Trend Micro program from scanning
2. [Hotfix] Scan hangs at 70% to 80%
