What is wrong with Scan?

I have tried doing a scan but it just sits at checking computer for several minutes and doesn't start the scan. Same thing happened last night when I had scheduled a full scan, just sat there for a couple of hours. Had to use task manager to close it and shut down. What is going on?

I understand that you have tried to do a scan but it just sits at checking computer for several minutes and doesn't start the scan. Also, you have tried to scheduled a full scan however it just sat there for a couple of hours.

You may download your Trend Micro program installer by visiting the link below:

Trend Micro Software Download Center website

Make sure that you select the correct program for your subscription. You may download your installer from the page which will be under the "Home and Home Office" category.
