What is the troubleshooting tool and how to use it?

Yesterday, I contacted someone from the support team through the browser's built-in chat window. After that I was curious the software and diving deeper in their settings I found a "Troubleshooting Tool" that I have not idea how it works. There is not explanation whatsoever about that, it is so cryptic little thing.

I suppose I need to introduce some code how I have not idea where I can obtain from (?). I had another antivirus for 3 years ago and those people already could checked out my computer remotely but Trend Micro today cannot do that?

Everytime I use Trend Micro I feel kind of ripped off. It is a so-so product, nothing especial. I cannot even browser the web with Opera because is not "compatible" with it, what the...?!

The Troubleshooting Tool that you have on your computer is a bundled application with Trend Micro Security. The said application is being utilizied only when you're in contact with one of our Engineers for faster troubleshooting.
