What is causing toolbar to not work correctly?

My PC toolbar is not working correctly. The Trend Micro icon and other icons are gone from the toolbar. I opened a PC scan from a Trend Micro desktop icon. The scan said it did not detect any virus or malware on the PC.

We understand that you are reporting that the Trend Micro Toolbars on your browsers are no longer present. Allow me to help you with this.

May I know what is the version of the Trend Micro program installed on your computer? You can check that by opening the console of your Trend Micro program and then click on the shadow of a person icon on the top right part then click on About the Software.

It will also help us if you can provide the version of your browser (Chrome, FireFox, Internet Explorer).

I am sensing that due to an update with your browser, extensions are disabled and/or was removed.
