You see, there are all from trend's official websites. And they have same version number but in different size.
First is from the download center, http://downloadcenter.trendmicro.com/index.php?regs=NABU&clk=latest&clkval=5135&lang_loc..., TrendMicro-12.0-HE-Full.exe.
The other from Tech support website, https://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us/home/pages/technical-support/maximum-security/1059036.aspx?vwd..., Download Installer button.

I really want to know which one I better use to install the product.
And if possible, can you tell me what are their differences?

-I'm not a Trend Micro representative, but I like to give you some suggestion-

Hey xzz, good sight!
Finally someone that check BEFORE downloading! ;)

I think, but a Representative will confirm, that the main difference is that the first is 64bit specific systems only, the other one is good for both OS type systems, so it is bigger than the other.

If your machine is a 64bit version and you are using Maximum Security, both of that installers are good for you.

Hello there, @xzz

It's a pleasure having you here and regarding your inquiry between the difference of the two links that you have. Let me give you an explanation for each:

Let's start with first link:
Trend Micro 12.0 from Download Center
On Download Center, you can download the installer for 32 bit, 64 bit and Full installer (for 32 and 64 bit)

The second link:
Trend Micro 12.0 from Esupport website
On the Esupport website, we only provide you with a full installer that can work with 32 and 64 bit.

Conclusion:
There's actually no difference from the installer you're going to download on Download Center and Esupport Website.
The Download center is another alternative website where you can download numerous Trend Micro products.
For the Esupport Website, the installers available here are only Home products that includes instructions on how to troubleshoot or install your Trend Micro.

Hope I answered your question.

Kind regards,
David

Thank you for such detailed answers.

But I am still confused.
The download center also provide Full installer just as esupport website.
You can check the download links I provided, they are both full installers. Same build number and nearly same signed date. While they have about 4MB different in size- one is 299.74MB, the other is 295.37MB, I would like know the 4MB if there can be an explanation....
Why are you releasing two similar but different installers? Are they actully the same for users?

Thank you in advanced.

Hello xzz

Here's an opinion for the 4MB difference in size for 2 different sources.

The download center website is the official download site of all of our products and programs, which basically means that it contains the latest version/build of the installer file. The link on the Knowledge Base (esupport) website are just derived from the Download Center. However, there might be some instances that the link displayed on those pages are not the latest build.

I hope this clarifies your concern.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!
