WEB navigation blocked

I have renewed my TM Internet Security last week, and since update my TM (now version 11.0.1186 - every adresses (except https://***)  are blocked - I tried quite everything as settins in WEB protection parameters - the only way to surf (even on some of your links) is to quit TM - What can I do, except leaving TM. Same behaviour for IE, FireFox, Chrome or Safari.

Hi Antoine,
Did you a fresh install or a update, if you just updated, i recomant a uninstall,
than go to this link:
https://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us/home/pages/technical-support/maximum-security-2017/1104912.asp...
reboot and do a new install.

Hi antoine.cossalter, thanks for letting us know about this issue! Did you see any error or blocking page when you was trying to access websites? If yes, please follow this page to take a screenshot and provide it to us here. 

If there's no any error or blocking page appear, please do following steps to isolate the potential cause of this problem.

  1.  Open the main console of your Internet Security and click Settings.
  2.  Click Internet & Email Controls and select Web Threats.
  3.  Untick Block potentially dangerous websites and click OK.
  4.  Check if you can surf the internet without problem. 
  5.  Go to the Web Threats setting again and tick Block potentially dangerous websites back.
  6.  Untick Prevent Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome from running malicious scripts on infected websites and click OK.
  7.  Check if you can surf the internet without problem.
  8.  Go to the Web Threats setting again and tick Prevent Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome from running malicious scripts on infected websites back.
