Web browser transfering license issue

I've got a two year paid subscrpition, which i've activated and it says im protected. However in my browser on the top right its coming up as i need to transfer the liscense to activate premium features. To be honest installing this protection software has been an absolute nightmare and so frustrating. Does anyone know if my web browing is protected along with my computer on the two year Max security package?

You might still need to sign in to your account in the Trend Micro extension that you see on your browser. Would you mind if you send a screenshot of the message you see on the Trend Micro extension so we can visualize the message that you see.

May I just verify if what Operating System and browser are you using?
