Warnings to renew when I renewed through Geek Squad.

My phone protected by you is constantly harassed by warnings that my subscription is about to expire. However, I renewed my subscription through Geek Squad at Best Buy by confirmed email on Aug 26. Quit warning me and worrying me!

Hi ptmunn, 

This may be because of an old license registered under your account. Can you please check what is the serial number being used on your mobile phone? That should match your newly renewed subscription. To check, open the Mobile Security, go to Settings and you should see it there.
