Hello jolivae11 ! Welcome to the community!

Can you tell us more about the problem that you are having? Are you having troubles playing the Age of Empire game due to a blocking event by your Trend Micro Security?

If yes, kindly send us a screenshot of the error message that you are receiving so we can check the problem with you.

You may also try putting the whole game's folder on the Trend Micro Security program's exception list. Here is a link on you can do it.

Configuring the Exception List of Trend Micro Security software

I hope this helps,

All the best,

Hi jolivae11

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, that is only at working hours. I am just a volunteer!
The correct name is "WindowsApps" and normal here: C:\ Program Files\WindowsApps

Kind regards,
Tom

Hello jolivae11!

You can also show hidden items and folders on your Windows 10 PC. The C:\ Program Files\WindowsApps folder is a hidden folder.
