Hi shop,

What you have experienced is possibly a Technical Support Scam wherein they will remotely access your computer saying that they will fix it for you in exchange for a large amount of money. I suggest you check your computer for any unusual programs which may have been installed when they have accessed your computer and uninstall it immediately.
You can also do a full scan on your computer to have your computer checked for possible infections. You may check our knowledge-based website for other information regarding Technical Support Scam.

Should you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
