Verify our software is up to date etc.

Hi there, we have recently renewed our subscription to Trend Micro and were sent an email advising us to verify our software is up to date and to activate a folder shield and to check that our mobiles are protected. However, all the links to complete the checks are all invalid. Can you advise us how to check this please? Thanks, Amanda

Hi Amanda.david00,

I've checked your subscription here and the version installed under your account is still version 8.0. The latest version of the program now is version 12.0. For you to check it on your end, please see the link below. 

Checking if you have the latest version of Trend Micro Security software installed

If you are still using the older version, there is also instructions on how you can upgrade your program and utilize the new feature of the program called Folder Shield.
