Vault error message "Only the person who installed the software can access the Trend Micro Vault"

I have been using the Vault without issues but today I cannot access this and get a message "Only the person who installed the software can access the Trend Micro Vault" As nothing has changed and I am the only person logging on to this computer i don't know why this is happening.

I only started using this recently to protect sensitive information but cannot access it all now.
