I plugged in a USB stick and thought I might scan it, so did. It came up with a no threats found screen so closed that.
But the drive is no longer showing in file explorer.
When I plug it into another laptop, it doesn't show either??

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. I understand how you feel about the situation and I kindly request you to try the following solutions and check if the problem resolves.

Solution 1 - Unplug the USB stick, reboot the computer and plug it back in.

Solution 2 - Go to Control Panel > Printers and devices to see if there is any Unidentified USB device or Unknown device listed there. If there is, right-click on it and choose Properties to update its driver.

Solution 3 - Press Windows key + R key and type devmgmt.msc in the run box and click OK to open Device Manager. Expand USB Serial Bus controllers and right-click on USB Root Hub and click Properties. Click on the Power Management tab and untick Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power and click OK. If there are more than one USB Root Hub listed, you will need to perform the same with every entry.

Hope it helps!

If above solutions don't work, please let us know how did you perform the scan on USB stick and basic PC information. We'll be glad to assist you further.
