Upgrading from Maximum to Premium

Good morning. Last night I renewed our subscription to Trend Micro and purchased the PREMIUM SECURITY for $229. However, when I downloaded and installed the program it came up as MAXIMUM SECURITY. We previously had MAXIMUM but I thought I had upgraded it. Our Customer Number: 498237898703 and Order Number: 13278685859. The question is, am I misguided or have I only been offered and installed a lower protection and not PREMIUM as I paid for?

To answer your question, the program for the Premium Security subscription is actually the Maximum Security program which is our top of the line product. Now the only difference is that a Premium Security subscription can covers more devices than a Maximum Security subscription. Thus rest assured that you've downloaded the correct program for your subscription.
