Just purchased Trend MicroTM Premium Security 10 but when I installed it the upgrade still shows Maximum Security and not Premium Security. I purchased the Premium so I can have access to speak to a technician but I was not given a number to call. Can you give me a number to call.
@Lorraine EDWARDS-STRINGFELLOW Thank you for purchasing our product! For your concern, Premium Security and Maximum Security is using the same program and that is the reason that it shows Maximum Security on the main console.
The difference between the two licenses is that Maximum Security is for 3 devices while the Premium Security is for 5 devices.
